Chris is a seasoned multifamily real estate professional with a distinguished career managing Class A assets for a major real estate investment trust (REIT). Over five years, Chris successfully oversaw premium properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences while driving outstanding financial performance.

Building on this foundation, Chris expanded his expertise into the technology side of the industry, working with a leading multifamily-focused SaaS company to optimize pricing strategies and revenue growth for large-scale portfolios. This blend of hands-on property management experience and advanced revenue management acumen positions Chris as a dynamic leader capable of delivering innovative solutions.

Dedicated to excellence, Chris took it upon himself to master essential trades, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and painting. This practical knowledge not only allowed Chris to resolve challenges directly, but also to train and empower teammates with proven techniques that elevate performance and efficiency.
